Just so you guys know, B vitamins don’t do shit at first. Vitamin B needs to build up in your red blood cells and takes a few weeks, and that is just science. I’m in school to be a physical therapist we learned this in anatomy and physiology class.

Im 23 and I can beat up pussy pretty well but I wanted to try a “natural” test booster so I got Supertest. on about my second day taking it I realized yeah most likely it is for PCT haha. I’ve taken Vitamin Shoppe brand tribulus terrestris for the purpose to build back muscle after an ankle injury. i never took it b4 so I wasnt bout to spend money on the most expensive brand. I didn’t follow the instructions (on purpose) just to see if it worked. I took 3 capsules w/ mass gainer, and within 9minutes i experienced a surge of testosterone. I became immediately pissed, and I put on 6pounds while using this product, so i’d say YES it works!
